Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We offer store credit for eligible items returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition – unworn and undamaged, with the security tag still attached, and ideally in original packaging if applicable. Custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund approval.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed in the form of store credit. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days and shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS carriers. Please make sure the address provided is correct as an incorrect address may significantly delay your order.
We recommend upgrading to Priority Shipping for time-sensitive orders. Launches and holidays might extend shipping times.
All international shipments may get import duty fees when they go through your country’s customs. We don’t know if you will be charged or how much the cost will be. We are not responsible for any import duty or fees your country charges. We do not issue refunds for international orders unless a mistake is made on our end.
Scorpios urbanwear provides tracking on all orders. We are not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system.

We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package has been delivered to our location. Scorpios urbanwear is not responsible for any lost packages.
